Joomla takes care of pagination output for you. If you have a large article and you want it displayed on several pages, you need to define pagebreaks. Open article(content item) for editing. Place the cursor in the editor window at the position you want to insert pagebreak. Type {_mospagebreak_} whithout the underscores. Save your article and you're done. Remember, you need the pagination mambot enabled(i.e. the mambot should be in 'published' state) in order to paginate content item(see picture for details). If you want a nice little TOC on your multi-page articles, you must enable the corresponding option in backend(administration) Global Configuration. This generates a TOC like:
, which gets displayed in article body when browsing a multi-page article. I you want a more explicit TOC, you need to complete {_mospagebreak_} code with the title attribute. Here's an example: {_mospagebreak_ title=Nice page title for TOC_} Remember to type without underscores! After this modification, TOC will display pagebreak titles. If some titles are not defined, the "Page n" text will be displayed.
